We are seeking a casual Retail Assistant two days a week 9:30 am to 3:30 pm. You will be the front of house, providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their jewellery needs. You will have the opportunity to work with a fantastic team of experts, learn about the latest jewellery trends, and assist with social media to showcase our stunning collections.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Guide customers through our beautiful jewellery collections and help them find the perfect piece.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise.
• Keep the shop tidy and organised, ensuring it is always looking its best.
• Help showcase our stunning jewellery collections on all our social media platforms. 

Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will have the availability to work on Saturdays.
• Passionate about jewellery and customer service.
• Previous retail experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly personality.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
