Shipping Time

Your shopping cart displays the goods you have purchased.

In-stock items are usually dispatched within two working days of receipt of payment and we will contact you if there are any delays.

 Please note if your item is not in stock it will be made to order and therefore may take up to three weeks to be completed before being dispatched.

All orders are shipped from New Zealand. Orders to destinations within New Zealand will be sent by CourierPost couriers, and are tracked. Items will need to be signed for, so if you are not at home we recommend having your item sent to your work address. Items will arrive within 1-3 working days of receiving your tracking information, location dependent. 

Items to most destinations should arrive within 1-2 weeks of receiving your tracking information, however, this may change depending on where the parcel is sent to.  

Click & Collect

We now offer click and collect services from our beautiful store in Beachlands.

Please note that should you select the pick-up option that your order will usually be ready to collect within one business day. Once your order is ready to collect you will either receive a call from one of our lovely team members or an email that your order is ready.

All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars, and all orders are shipped from New Zealand. International orders may be subject to local taxes or duties, this will be the purchasers responsibility .

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping will be offered within New Zealand for all orders over $100.00 Orders under $100.00 will be charged a standard of $6.50.
